Juneway acts as the main contractor and project manager on every job. Most of the specialized work — from excavation to electrical to finish carpentry — is carried out by vetted subcontractors and trade partners, coordinated directly by Juneway. That means one point of contact for scheduling, communication, and problem-solving, instead of a homeowner managing separate trades and timelines on their own.
Every project starts with a written scope and moves through planning, permitting where required, and a coordinated build schedule, with regular communication as work progresses. The same team that scoped the project manages it through to a final walkthrough, so nothing gets handed off without context.
